Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanics

Our Port Alberni team is looking for Red Seal Heavy Duty Technicians. We are seeking a skilled Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our Port Alberni team. This role is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of heavy equipment used in our operations, including loaders, excavators, material handlers, and trucks. You will play a key role in keeping our equipment fleet safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.

Forklift Operator

Forklift Operators are essential to the safe, efficient movement of materials throughout our yard. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, cares for the equipment they operate, and contributes positively to a teamfocused environment. Operators must be able to work effectively with both customers and coworkers while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Experience operating forklifts is required, along with a reliable work ethic and the ability to support smooth yard operations.

General Labourer

The General Labourer plays a vital role in supporting all aspects of yard operations. This position helps maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment by ensuring that materials, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and orderly. With safety as a top priority, the General Labourer contributes directly to creating a yard where team members can move confidently and complete their tasks without unnecessary hazards or delays.

This role is wellsuited for someone who is dependable, safetyminded, and ready to assist wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Western Concrete – Ready Mix Concrete Truck Drivers

Western Concrete, a member of the AMIX Group, is currently looking for dedicated and local Ready Mix Concrete truck drivers.
Based on Chilliwack, the team is looking for an experienced driver who has worked in the ready mix industry and is ready to join a dedicated and BC owned team.
